Order cancellations
Each purchase is made to order so we do not allow order cancellations, exchanges or refunds. Please make sure you are 100% committed and agree to all shop policies before purchasing. Purchasing is confirming you agree with shop policies.
Problems with orders
If you have any problems with your orders within the first 30 days, please reach out on our Contact page with your name, order number and photos. We will do our best to fix or replace items, depending on inventory available.
Orders lost in the mail
Once the package is dropped off to USPS, it is out of our possession. If a package is lost, delayed or stolen in the delivery process, we are not responsible. However the packages are insured up to $100. You are responsible for filing the claim. Please reach out to USPS with your tracking number for shipping updates, locations and claims.
I am also not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses. Please double check your address at checkout. If your package gets sent back to us, we will send it again for an additional shipping fee. You are responsible for letting us know the correct address.
International orders - We do ship internationally. The same shop polices are in place for international orders. If your package has additional custom fees, you are responsible for paying them. If you choose not to pay them, there will be no refunds as the packages often do not get returned to sender.
Preorders
If an item says preorder in the title, it means some of the inventory is on the way, but not in hand yet. This means turnaround time could be anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please do not purchase a preorder unless you are ok waiting the full turnaround time.
They often ship faster than 3 weeks, but this is not a guarantee and we cannot rush your order for you. Please do not send emails asking where your order is before the end of the preorder time. If you order multiple preorders, turnaround time could be longer depending on restocks. If you order a ready to ship item with a preorder, they will ship together when all items are ready.
If a preorder is no longer able to be filled, we will reach out to you via email to see if you'd like to change anything before refunding your order.
