Shipping policy
Once the package is dropped off to USPS, it is out of our possession. If a package is lost, delayed or stolen in the delivery process, we are not responsible. However the packages are insured up to $100. You are responsible for filing the claim. Please reach out to USPS with your tracking number for shipping updates, locations and claims.
I am also not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses. Please double check your address at checkout. If your package gets sent back to us, we will send it again for an additional shipping fee. You are responsible for letting us know the correct address.
International orders - We do ship internationally. The same shop polices are in place for international orders. If your package has additional custom fees, you are responsible for paying them. If you choose not to pay them, there will be no refunds as the packages often do not get returned to sender.Â
